2023: a new year, new opportunities

Now that the year 2023 has officially begun, we look not only back but also forward to the upcoming year.

2022 was a turbulent and beautiful year, with many granted projects, as well as the acquisition of our company by the Hezelburcht Group. With great enthusiasm, we are looking forward  to support even more great projects in 2023, within different programs such as NWA-ORC, LIFE, EIC, Eurostars, Horizon Europe,  and of course the WBSO.

In 2022, we supported many wonderful and successful projects, totalling to approximately €80 million in grants, for ground-breaking research and development in for example skin diseases, improved neuroimaging methods, palliative care, open science, green hydrogen and solar panels in fruit farming.

Our success rate was very high, especially within extremely competitive programmes as Horizon Europe and EIC (88%). The granted projects often offer clear impact for end users, and an increasing number of stakeholders play an important role in the process of grant application.

We noticed that grant applications become more complex, with more multidisciplinary consortia, and a stronger focus on knowledge implementation towards long term impact. Many clients attest to this and are very grateful for our expertise and our knowledge in this field, making it possible to unburden them in the process. Consequently, they feel that our support is essential for success.

In 2023, we plan to expand our knowledge and stay well abreast of all developments in grant land, making it possible to provide even better support to our customers.

So, do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss your ideas for a grant application!
